How can I see the price information?

Does the price include a case and cleaning cloth?

No, the price is for the frame only. We don´t sell accessories at the moment.

How do I receive the 10% discount on my first purchase?

Once in our order checkout page, insert the voucher code which was sent through your welcome email.

The 10% discount will be applied automatically to the total amount.

What are the shipping costs?

The exact shipping costs will be shown in your order check-out page and are calculated based on your shipping address and order quantity. We use Fedex air express to ensure fastest lead-time.

We offer free shipping for the U.S. and Europe for orders above $1000.

What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) per order?

Our MOQ is 5 pieces per frame color. 

For Private Label projects, where we add your brand to the frames, we require a minimum order value of U$500. More details at https://noble-eyewear.com/private-label

What are the methods of payment accepted by Noble Eyewear?

We accept Credit Card, PayPal and Direct Bank Transfers (for orders above U$2000 only).

DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

How long does it take to prepare your order for shipment?

15 business days, during which we will perform a quality check of your products, prepare the packaging and add your logo.

How long does the shipment take to arrive?

Average 15 working days, depending on the destination. We deliver directly from Shanghai via a network of international couriers (DHL/FEDEX/UPS).

How can I track my order?

Once the shipment is confirmed, we will provide you with an exclusive tracking number for you to follow the delivery status.

What do I have to do about the customs clearance paperwork?

We prepare the paperwork prior to shipment for you! However, your local customs office may ask for additional details which will have to be provided by our clients directly.

Do we offer Drop Shipping?

No, we don´t work with drop shipping at the moment.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Are there any additional duties and taxes?

Each country´s government normally requires for incoming shipments to pay taxes and customs duties.

When you purchase your products from Noble Eyewear, your products will be shipped from our warehouse in China and therefore, you may be asked to pay additional duties and taxes before delivery.

Your order amount does not include these duties and taxes.

The courier company (e.g. Fedex) will contact you if you need to pay taxes for your package and they will guide you to finish the following steps.

The shipment courier (DHL/FEDEX/UPS) prepays the customs duty and then collects it from your account when the shipment is delivered.

If the package is returned or destroyed due to our client´s refusal to pay customs duties, all the losses will be borne by the client.

Our products are made and shipped from China.

Are the Sunglasses UV400 protected?

Yes – our Sunglasses offer UV400 protection according to European and American standards.

What is the warranty period for the products?

We offer a warranty period of 1 year from the delivery date.

How does the warranty process work?

The process is very simple. Just send a couple of photos of the defective piece and we will provide the model replacement during next purchasing or refund the amount.

PRIVATE LABEL

What is the process to get started with my Private Label order?

The process to get started with your Private Label project is simple:

  1. Logo: Please send me your logo and guidelines on where you want it placed
  2. Frames Styles: You can select and pay for the styles which you are interested in directly in our website through card or paypal
  3. MOQ: For Private Label, the minimum quantity that we accept is USD $500 per order and 10 pieces per style
  4. Delivery: We take 10-15 days to print the logo in the selected frames and ship it to you by air which should take another 7 days to arrive

What are the private label options offered by Noble Eyewear?

Can the lenses be changed to a different color?

Yes, we can change the Sunglass lens color. However, the MOQ is 20 pieces per style and there will be an extra charge of U$ 2.0 per piece. Contact us for more information.

OEM Production / Custom Designs

What is the process to get started with my Custom OEM order?

Our production process is quite straightforward:

  1. MOQ: To begin this process, you should know that our minimum order quantity is 300 pieces for Acetate and 600 for metal models.
  2. Briefing: Please send me front and side photo references of the design that you want with any special remarks regarding the additional details.
  3. Quotation: Based on this initial briefing I can provide you with a quote.
  4. Technical Drawing: We can prepare the technical drawing for you, which is the blueprint for the production, for USD 100
  5. Sampling: After agreeing on the drawing and quote, we can proceed to make samples (~45-60 days). We require 30% deposit to start this step.
  6. Production & QC: Once the samples are approved, we will proceed to mass production (~60-90 days). We will provide you with photos and videos of the final production.
  7. Delivery: After receiving the remaining balance of 70% we can deliver the products to you using our courier (Fedex) or another of your choosing. Shipping costs are not included.

Nothing, Noble Eyewear does this for you. We prepare the paperwork prior to shipment and follow-up our shipment courier (DHL/FEDEX/UPS) closely to finalize the customs clearance process.

When you purchase your products from Noble Eyewear, your products will be shipped from our warehouse in China and therefore, you may be asked to pay additional duties and taxes before delivery.

Your order amount does not include these duties and taxes.

You usually do not need to care about taxes. The courier company (e.g. Fedex) will contact you if you need to pay taxes for your package and they will guide you to finish the following steps.

For reference, there is usually a duty rate (%) applied to the invoice amount plus fixed charges. Below is an example for the USA:

  • Invoice value: $1000
  • Duty rate (2%): $20
  • Fixed government charge: $25
  • Fixed brokerage charge: $31

The shipment courier (DHL/FEDEX/UPS) prepays the customs duty and then collects it from your account when the shipment is delivered.
